Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
Healthcare Solutions
History Cypress Care and Procura Management are now part of the Healthcare Solutions, Inc. family. Although our name may be different, what hasn’t changed throughout our 20 year history is our dedication to customers. Healthcare Solutions makes it easy to manage workers’ compensation and auto liability/PIP claims by providing our customers one partner, one point of contact and seamless control over the entire continuum of care for injured workers and policyholders. With the companies united under Healthcare Solutions, we look forward to providing our customers with the same high level of service, support and dedication they have come to expect. Procura Management began operations in 1989 as a case management company. Over the years, it evolved into an integrated disability management organization providing a comprehensive array of services to the workers’ compensation, automobile and group health managed care markets. In 2001, Cypress Care entered the workers’ compensation industry with a vision of revolutionizing the way pharmacy and ancillary healthcare cost management was addressed – through outcome-focused, customer-driven strategies and the functional application of innovative technology. Expanding its products and services to other markets by applying expertise and best practices has resulted in Cypress Care being positioned as a thought leader in the workers’ compensation and auto liability/PIP markets. In 2007, Brazos Private Equity Partners, LLC, a Dallas-based private investment firm aligned Procura Management with Cypress Care. This partnership led to the formation of Healthcare Solutions and creates a complete workers’ compensation and auto cost management source for insurance companies, employers, managed care organizations (MCOs) and third party administrators (TPAs).
