Tim Vroman, Executive Vice President, oversees Healthcare Solutions’ operations and has over 20 years of experience as a senior finance and operations executive. Vroman joined Cypress Care in 2003 and served as CFO/COO, and a member of the executive team, until his promotion to executive vice president of Healthcare Solutions in 2008. Prior to joining Cypress Care, Vroman served in senior finance and operations roles for Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mellon Financial Corporation. At these companies, Vroman was instrumental in the development of the companies' HR outsourcing businesses. Vroman also served as finance director and treasurer for Harbridge House, a management consultant firm in Boston.
