Nancy Hamlet, Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for organizing strategic marketing initiatives and providing strategy and direction for developing new markets for Healthcare Solutions’ health cost management solutions. Her role includes the management of all marketing functions for the company, including the strategy and execution of the overall brand, creation and coordination of territory promotions as well as developing metrics and scorecards for measuring success and overall business performance.

Hamlet has over ten years of experience in product and service marketing, client relations and business development. As the former director of account management and marketing for the government healthcare division of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), Hamlet has first-hand pharmacy benefit management (PBM), Medicaid and workers’ compensation industry experience. Hamlet held leadership positions within ACS and was responsible for developing and implementing programs capable of providing the company with a sustainable competitive advantage.

Hamlet’s background includes positions in project management, account management, marketing and communications, training and operations. Prior to ACS, Hamlet worked in organizational development and business analysis at Alcoa, Inc. Hamlet earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.
