Bob Smith, Senior Vice President of Sales, manages Healthcare Solutions growth initiatives and serves as executive sponsor for national accounts. Smith has over 25 years of product development and business development experience in the workers’ compensation market, and specific expertise in pharmacy and specialty healthcare services. Prior to Healthcares Solutions, Smith served as executive vice president at Tech Health. Previous experience also includes work as senior vice president of sales at RSKCo, a CNA company and one of the largest third party administrators (TPA) in the country. Prior to RSKCo, Smith founded Protocol Work Systems, which served fortune 1000 companies, TPAs and carriers in the workers’ compensation market.
